B Lab Switzerland and IMD hold two Sustainability
Masterclass sessions for #SBA2030 members in 2023.

Following the success of the 2022 Masterclasses attended by over 60 board members, B Lab Switzerland and IMD are delighted to be holding a further hold two Sustainability Masterclass sessions for #SBA2030 members in 2023, on October 17th and December 7th 2023.

On October 28th and November 28th 2022, 62 CEOs and board members attended our «One Day Course on Sustainability for Boards» held at IMD. The day’s programme included class discussions (with IMD professors) and breakout sessions on the practical steps Board Members can take to support a Positive Impact Strategy in their businesses.

#SBA2030 members discussed and shared best practices on a broad range of important topics such as the evolving role of boards, stakeholder governance, supply chain engagement, bylaw changes and how to build a purpose-led organization and strategy. The Masterclass includes a follow-up planning session and access to further material to keep participants up-to-date.
